Mechanical pretreatment
Mechanical pretreatment is mainly mechanical sandblasting and mechanical polishing. The mechanical sandblasting is an important way to obtain the sand surface profile, and is finished by the aluminum profile sandblasting machine. The mechanical sandblasting may completely eliminate the surface defect and extruded stripe, and obtain more uniform matte surface than the chemical sand surface (alkali erosion sand surface). In addition, mechanical sandblasting has a great advantage in production cost and environmental protection.
Mechanical polishing is made on the aluminum profile polishing machine. The aluminum profile is flat on the work table, and the surface is smooth and smooth until it reaches the mirror effect through the high speed rotating polishing wheel and the surface contact pressure and friction. It is often used in production to remove the extruded stripes. Therefore, it is also known as "mechanical sweep".
Anodic oxidation
The oxidation film of anodic oxidation in H2SO4 solution is made by aluminum alloy, which is white transparent, high porosity and good shading performance, especially suitable for oxidation treatment of aluminum profiles. H2SO4 anodizing process is as follows: H2SO4150 ~ 180g/L; Al3 + 20 g/L or less; Temperature 20 plus or minus 2 ℃; Current density: 1.1 ~ 1.5a/dm2; Ac voltage 16 ~ 18V; Anode plate pure aluminum plate, lead plate; Time 25 ~ 35min (depending on film thickness).
The influence of temperature on the film is significant: the temperature is too high, the film is resistant to abrasion and corrosion, and it is difficult to film. Temperature is too low, the film layer is less transparent, the color performance is poor, brittleness is enhanced, easy to crack. To control the temperature of 20 + 2 ℃, cooling circulatory system must be established.
