It is reported that Yonglong's konuk aluminum "King" water-based and oil-based fluorocarbon production line has spent more than 6 million yuan to introduce the top-notch automatic fluorocarbon production line imported from abroad. The set of fluorocarbon production line is fully automatic controlled by computer to ensure the precision of production and reduce errors. The device of the system is to transport the aluminum profile to the spraying room by hanging the conveying chain for automatic electrostatic coating. The whole production line is composed of pretreatment, multi-stage spray room and curing furnace drying channel.

The new automatic water-based oil-based fluorocarbon production line can better cooperate with the existing equipment and give full play to the efficiency of the equipment. It can produce super long and super heavy profile with a maximum length of 15m and a single beam weight of 1000kg. The annual capacity of the new fluorocarbon production line will increase by more than 12000 tons, which will greatly reduce the cost and meet the market demand.
