Chemical conversion film processing
The chemical conversion treatment in metal surface treatment industry to make metal contact with specific corrosive liquid, under certain conditions, the metal ions in the outer nucleus corrosion on the surface of the liquid chemical or electrochemical reaction, good adhesion on the metal surface to form a layer of refractory corrosion product film layer. Anodic oxidation
Aluminum anodic oxidation method is the aluminum as anode, placed in the sulfuric acid electrolyte, such as electrolysis anode voltage applied, on the surface of aluminum form a dense layer of Al2O3 film, the film is composed of dense block and columnar structure of the porous layer consisting of double layer structure. During anodizing, the forming process of the oxide film includes the electrochemical generation of the membrane and the chemical dissolution of the membrane. The membrane is formed and grown when the membrane velocity is greater than the dissolution velocity. By reducing the dissolution rate of the film, the density of the film can be improved. The performance of the oxide film is determined by the density of the membrane.
