1. Aluminum is of low purity

2. The aluminum profile has dirt on the surface
The aluminum extruded material should be fully pretreated before entering the chemical polishing solution, and no stain on the surface of the aluminum profile.
3. The amount of phosphoric acid in the polishing solution may be too low
If there is no improvement and no other conditions, then a small amount of nitric acid or acid will be retried. You can adjust it in general.
4. The temperature of the polishing solution is too low
Polishing solution temperature range wide, but the temperature is very obvious influence the change of components of the solution, such as new solutions in the process with the lower limit of temperature or can obtain ideal polishing quality, this is because each component within the process specification, and the viscosity is smaller; When the solution using a certain of time, due to the change of the composition ratio in the solution, and the solution viscosity increased, often need to adopt the process specification limit temperature, sometimes even temperature reaches limit can not meet the requirements of polishing. Therefore, the temperature of the solution should be adjusted according to the actual situation of the ejection.
