In order to realize the lightweight of industrial products and improve the corrosion resistance and decoration of products, aluminum alloy materials are widely used in various industrial fields. Aluminum alloy profiles are generally long (≥ 6000 mm), vertical and horizontal (workpiece hanging height is controlled at about 1700 mm), and automatic coating methods are adopted, such as electrophoresis coating, electrostatic automatic coating, power protection powder coating, etc. The coating can be single coating, or spray coating or topcoat, and only spray the outer surface of the profile (that is, the surface with high decorative requirements), which can be realized with the choice of customers.
3, Electrostatic powder spraying
The powder coating is sprayed on the surface of the workpiece by electrostatic spraying equipment.
